We do not not charge a "call-out" or "traveling" fee (Gold Coast only).
Rates of charge:
- 20/20 IT Services minimum service for the first hour is AUD $89, and AUD $19.95 per additional 15 minute increments after that.
Eg. 1.5 Hours of service will cost $128.90
That is your total cost, NO hidden costs or service fees!
- NO fix for your problem, we will not charge.
We have a no fix no charge policy, and that is our guarantee. If our IT expert cannot fix your problem to your satisfaction, we will not charge you a single cent!
We service the complete Gold Coast region, for network support and computer repairs and upgrades, website design and Google Listing is Australia wide.
Website Pricing:
- Basic site setup and hosting. This is a turnkey option, we will register your domain name, setup your site with information you provide, organise hosting for the site, as well as offer ongoing maintenance at low fees, all from the low cost of AUD $799. This option will allow for future expansion as well as options to setup a user friendly back end for you to maintain and ad basic information in the future.
- Intermediate site setup and hosting. This includes all the Basic site options, as well as Contact Us functionality, tell a friend functionality and many more features all from the low cost of AUD $1099.
- Advanced site setup and hosting. This options offers all features of the intermediate and basic setup + a user friendly back end login, to allow you to update basic site information, articles, news flashes, FAQs, and many more features, all from the very low cost of AUD $1399.
Google Listing your website Pricing:
- Google Listing your website is free, however this will not mean you will ever be on the first page of Google searches in your area of business. The Internet is very competitive and to be successful with your website you need the competitive edge on your competitors.
- We can tailor a Google Adwords campaign focusing on keyword searches and sponsored link ads in your field to guarantee your ads will show in the first 3 top positions for a Google search listing.
- You will see instant results, and as long as your website content is helpful, and inviting your click through Google guest will become valued customers of yours.
- Google Listing Campaigns are very reasonable with an initial setup fee of AUD $79.95 for as many keywords and ads you require. After that we charge a small monthly fee of AUD $99.95. As part of the monthly account keeping fee we include the following:
Setup daily alerts monitoring your competitors on the web.
Make ad group and keyword changes to maximise your click through rate.
Manage your Adwords account payments.
Provide helpful bi-monthly web suggestions and FREE tools to help promote your business and website.

- Unfortunetly we are unable to quote specific pricing for Network Support and other business support as it all depends on the size, setup, age, technology utilised, backup solutions, and topography of your Network.
