Regular Monthly Maintenance
Through Business Care you will reduce your businesses support requirements, and in doing so you will reduce your overall IT costs.
The following administrative tasks are designed to maintain the highest level of operation for clients server platforms and desktops. Scheduled monthly maintenance tasks include the following but are not limited to:
- Firewall Maintenance
we will review the logs and policies on your firewall and address any issues identified from the device.
- Domain Security
We check all servers for any security vulnerabilities. We will perform a full security analysis of all servers, which involves reviewing required security updates, folder permissions and any other concerns management may have.
- Ant- virus definition update status
We will check all servers and client systems to ensure that they are using the latest anti-virus definitions to ensure the best protection against malicious ware and other viruses.
- Backup Subsystem
At 20 / 20 IT Services will ensure backup is running as and when it should; and ensure the back up of all critical data. We schedule test restores to ensure your data can be recovered with ease should any failures occur.
- Event Logs
Our expert technicians will regularly check event logs on all servers to ensure there are no problems. This will help us to identify potential issues before they arise.
- Server and client updates
Implement an automated updating system through the use of Windows Server Update Services (where applicable). We will maintain this by making sure all computers are reporting that they are updating and approving updates as they arrive.
- Summary of moves, adds, and changes
Most importantly we will provide a written monthly summary of all moves, additions and changes made.
- Recommendations
After we have performed all monthly maintenance, we will provide a summary of the Network status, and advise of suggestions, changes made, and/or any other issues addressed.
- Summary’s
If our technicians find anything that we would suggest needs changing in the immediate future we will add it to our recommendations in the monthly report with a detailed explanation of what the solution would be, associated costs, and why it needs to happen.
