We do not charge a Call-out Fee! We do not charge a "call-out" or "traveling" fee (Gold Coast only).

Rates of charge:

20/20 IT Services minimum service for the first hour is AUD $89, and AUD $19.95 per additional 15 minute increments after that. Eg. 1.5 Hours of service will cost $128.90 That is your total cost, NO hidden costs or service fees!
NO fix for your problem, we will not charge. We have a no fix no charge policy, and that is our guarantee. If our IT expert cannot fix your problem to your satisfaction, we will not charge you a single cent!
We service the complete Gold Coast region, for network support and computer repairs and upgrades, website design and Google Listing is Australia wide.
